Villa Glamour

Nice villa with a big pool and beautiful view. There is a ‘park and ride’ across the street where you can take advantage of a free bus ride to the downtown and back after 5 pm. It’s close to the cable carts and about 25 min walk to Isola Bella. There is a closer beach on the other side, about 15 min walk. The property is very ‘compact’ but it has all you need. It was very clean and quiet.

Be prepared to walk uphill and stairs to get to the downtown. It’s a short walk, but exhausting when it’s hot.

ground floor apartment was lovely especially the large terrace. Pool lovely, 10 steps from the apartment with an amazing view. Staff were great and host really responsive.

Steps into town in the heatwave were a lot but €15 euro cab a fine alternative

The location is fabulous. The views are incredible. The staff was extremely supportive and gracious. The only thing is this is an incredible place for fit people. Elderly people or people who have issues with stairs might not be able to as easily navigate.

The location, far too remote a good 20 minute uphill walk to get to even the simplest cafe, absolutely nothing beside the villa
