We had two apartments and both were beautiful. Beds are super comfy, even the murphy bed. The courtyard is lovely as well, and the kiddos loved the free mints. The location is fab as it is quite and only a 1/2 block away from the restaurant scene and grocery. We walked everywhere. No need for a car. We would definitely stay here again, and Antwerp was one of our favorite cities!

You don't get the e-key (sent to your phone) until about an hour before check-in. I had never used one before and even though I watched the online videos, it was a brand new experience for me. It was also somewhat problematic as I had two apartments, and I had troubles distinguishing which e-key went to which apartment. This was my error. We called the main number, and they walked my husband through it and stayed on the phone the entire time until we got in. Now that I know what to expect, I bet it would be easy. At the time, it felt very stressful.

Was a bit worried about noise above on the last night. Was it just quieter in the week and very noisy at the weekend I wondered.

Location and great place. Nicely decorated.

No AC but fans

Nothing, did not enjoy my stay there. Not a good value for money.

- you can hear the neighbours talking - curtains are not black out - no iron and iron board in the room, you have to go to a laundry room in a corridor in the basement and once there was no iron - the decorative thing above the bed comes to your face when you read and it is dusty - etc Found the place not welcoming at all
