Spanning 51 square meters, the space features an open-concept kitchen-living area with a dining area and sofa, a bathroom with a natural stone sink and shower, and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed, while the other offers two comfortable single box-spring beds.
The courtyard features seating that invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together. There is also a parking space for one car and a place to store bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included in the price.
