The location
No lift, especially when we were on the top floor carrying luggage.
Also we didn't use the closet because the bedding stored in it did not smell nice.

It was so central and we walked everywhere. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Krakow is beautiful.
The beds were way too soft and the bathroom does not have good ventilation.

Much larger than expected and super clean. Staff v friendly and it was easy to find the apartment. Continental breakfast delivered to our door every morning.
