The Customer Service, The Bar Food is good and the drinks were great.
It would be nice to have a way to reach the front desk aside from being in the room. You cant really call or message the hotel directly per say. But I get it they are super busy.

The ambience was fun and the staff were
The bed was as hard as a rock. Also, the room is the width of the bed. There is no sofa. Just a small chair and a small bench.

A breakfast upgrade was offered to us as a gesture of kindness because we had helped another guest and that was really appreciated.
It was a great stay.

I loved the lobby, I wish the rooms had more of that vibe incorporated
This is just a me thing probably. One pillow was tooooo soft and the other was too firm. Silly but it really impacted my sleep.
It also sucked going out and then not being able to get home bc uber drivers don’t want to go in that location.
