The apartment was clean, everything worked, and was decorated with excellent taste. My family was very impressed and we loved the high ceilings and unusual . The location was perfect for restaurants and shopping and the general atmosphere of Cluj was something we commented on continuously.
The only complaint was that the people who rented the adjacent apartment had a party all night.
