The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with two separate bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. The complex has some great facilities. Breakfast is included, as well as one hour of access to the spa area with a sauna and indoor pool. There's also a rooftop swimming pool with absolutely breathtaking views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Watching the sunsets from up there was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, while Kotor Old Town is about 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car.

Unfortunately, several things were disappointing, especially considering the price of €900 for 4 nights. First, the housekeeping was inconsistent. Our towels weren't replaced for two consecutive days, even though we had left the towel replacement sign out. On another day, our apartment wasn't cleaned at all. To be fair, the issues were resolved after we complained to the manager, but we shouldn't have had to ask. Parking was another major problem. There are only about 3–4 spaces near the building, which is nowhere near enough for the number of apartments. We frequently struggled to find somewhere to park. However, the most frustrating part was the check-in experience. We arrived around 11 AM–12 PM, exhausted from traveling, with luggage and bags, in almost 40°C heat. We were hoping for an early check-in, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. While we understood that early check-in wasn't guaranteed, what really disappointed us was the lack of flexibility or any helpful alternatives. We were simply told to wait until the official check-in time, with no comfortable place offered to rest. Since the Old Town is about a 30-minute walk away and we'd already taken a taxi to reach the property, being left to figure out where to spend the next three hours in that heat was particularly frustrating. Overall, the apartment and facilities were lovely, especially the rooftop views, but the service and parking situation didn't quite match the price we paid.

The hotel was lovely! It was in a great location for access to the beach and Kotor old town and there were lots of amenities around. The hotel itself was really clean and we loved the rooftop pool, it has such an amazing view! The staff were also wonderful, extremely attentive and would help us with anything we needed, including booking a boat tour of the Bay for us and provided really helpful instructions for the meet point! Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend C Group and would absolutely come back if we were to visit Kotor again!
