The hotel and rooms are fine. The outside is awful as there is construction in front of the entrance. Half of Wenceslas Square is being rebuilt, so sad views from the windows.

Room was well laid out for a family of three adults. Great location. Close to transport links. Would return.

Very clean room, very helpful staff. Konstyantyn was very helpful letting me check in early at 1:00 pm when check-in is usually 3.
Room looked quite old-fashioned and could do with an update.
It had only one plug socket close to the bed.
