Hotel Milan Panama

El gerente del hotel y su esposa fueron encantadores y estuvieron siempre atentos a todo. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera sumamente placentera. The hotel manager and his wife were wonderful and extremely attentive to every request. They made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. 支配人ご夫婦がとても亲切で、こちらの要望にも心快く応えてくださり、大変満足のいく滞在になりました。 旅馆经理夫妇非常好。有求必应。让我们的住宿体验非常满意。

It was very large and extra clean. The staff was very kind and sweet and if they couldn’t speak English, they helped you find somebody that did the Resturant food was excellent and very reasonable. I would strongly suggest people staying at this hotel.

It’s convenient to everything and it was very clean

I liked that the hotel was located close to the metro and close to restaurants in a safe area. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were usually friendly.

I found it strange that I had to go to reception to ask to have the air conditioning turned on rather than being able to turn it on and off myself. On the third night, the woman who was at the front desk rolled her eyes at a colleague when I asked. This was during a period of extreme heat.

The room was spacious and exactly like in the pictures, even though the decor feels very old-timey. The location in El Cangrejo is great, many restaurants and bars and cafes around, more authentic Panama than staying in Casco Viejo for example.

The room had a really odd and bad smell. It's hard to say what it was, if age, the constant humidity in the city, mold or old tobacco... In retrospect we should've asked for a room change and maybe it would've been better. A few reviews mention bad smell but most don't. We had the room for 4 nights and returned home after. All our luggage, clothes etc smells like the room, such though that we need to give even clean clothes a wash... The showers did not get really warm. It was fine for a quick shower, but could be much better. We experienced the same in other hotels in Panama though, it seems to be a general thing.
