Clean room for hotel that seems halfway older. Washroom is just ok. Comfy bed.
Not much space to lay your luggages down if you have quite a bit of stuff.
There is a a lot of staff in reception but check in is through a machine--seems pointless to have that many people there.
The security/porter older gentleman was really nice and helped us with the machine and other minor stuff as well to make it quicker.
Heard about good breakfast but we did not have time. Very close to train station. Lots of konbini at restaurant around as it is within shinjuku

This hotel was definitely bang for your buck. Everything was standard cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard as well. The location was everything for this hotel. Directly next to a subway line, plenty of konbinis nearby, and pretty central to tokyo. Room was on the smaller scale, but for the location and price, well worth it.

The hotel is in a good location with helpful staff. The breakfast was nice and everything was great. On the negative side, the carpet in our room was old with ugly spots. We will go there again.
