An absolute gem in Florence! Palazzo Mannaioni Suites was amazing, from the ideal location and beautiful room views to the exceptional staff. As first-time visitors to Italy, my wife and I spent a lot of time researching where to stay, and this property lived up to every rave review. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold, and the staff were helpful and kind. After experiencing major train delays, we were stressed about missing the check-in window, but the staff settled our nerves with prompt communication. When we finally arrived, Maria greeted us warmly at the door and showed us around. This place is conveniently located near good restaurants and attractions. We’ve already recommended it to friends visiting soon, and it will definitely be our first choice when we return.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. As a silver member, it said you’d get a complimentary drink. It was two bottles of water. My experience from other establishments has always been a bottle of wine or a welcome drink from their bar. They should upgrade from water.

We stayed here for the weekend during June and it was wonderful. While it was a bit tricky to find, the host met us at the door with a huge smile and helped us with our bags as we entered. I had emailed to see if there was parking at the hotel and was given three different parking garages to choose from for our stay. We ended up booking a parking spot, super easily and the garage was only about 7 minutes from the Palazzo Mannaioni Suites. Check-in was really easy, the woman gave us all the information and helped us to access the other door after hours. There were so many shops and restaurants right around the Palazzo Mannaioni Suites. The apartment we booked was amazing, and clean and comfortable.
I asked at the front desk if they could recommend a good place to get some high quality leather purses/sandals and the gentleman we spoke with was SO helpful!!
100/100 for the stay, the hosts and the location. Will definitely be back!!
