The property is very good, close to shopping .bus-stop.

The location is near the train station but in shin Osaka station. I’m not sure what the price is for the one at the Osaka station which is much closer to the main tourist area. Ck it out first.

Clean well located basic hotel

Stained sheets, black mold in the fridge. Bathrooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable, staff speaks extremely limited english and made a couple interactions difficult. Noisy at night. Decent access to transit, good nearby restaurants. Most of the room did seem clean.
