If you do not mind walking for 20 minutes to downtown and cafes and restaurants, it is in good location

The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning.

The Receptionist was very friendly. The rooms are clean and big enough. About the breakfast i must say nothing special but okay.
If someone want a quiet area, this is not the case, it starts to be loudly from the street at early mornings.
