In particular, the main person I had contact with during my stay, Michele, was very responsive to my particular needs. And the transfer service to the airport was flawless.

Small problem on check-in as Hotels.com listed 2:30pm. However it is 3pm. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Towels were definitely much softer than many hotels. The location is very good for exploring on foot. The parking garage through the hotel is essential.
