The staff were outstanding. They go out of their way to help. The rooms are decent size and clean. Shops are a stone throw away at Ayala mall. Breakfast was ok. I think other hotels in the area have better breakfast selections and better quality. I was disappointed that the pool was not available.

Had a satisfying and relaxing stay here just a few days ago.
Great location, just adjacent to Ayala Center Mall. A modern medium-sized relaxing buffet dining area with satisying food choices and attentibe staff.
My husband and I were in a twin/king room. It was clean , bigger compared to other standard hotel rooms we had with a similar rate.
However the TV should be upgraded though for streaming like Netflix, You Tube, Amazon Prime, etc. Front Desk staff polite and professional enough.
I recommend this place.

This location is attached to one of the coolest malls I’ve seen, excellent service
