We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed just one night at Design Studios SVI-MI in a Superior Studio room in late June 2026. We loved our room and our experience at Design Studios! Our only regret was that we didn't have time to stay longer to enjoy the room and the wonderful town of Zagreb. It was easy to find and access the unit - Ivanna from the hotel met us at check-in and showed us to our room. We arrived during an extreme heat wave and were very tired and overheated when we got there and were delighted to be shown to such a cool and comfortable space. Our room was spacious, beautifully and uniquely decorated and laid out. The real treat was that the room was pre-cooled, so we got to walk into a cool room upon arrival. This is the only room out of five places we have stayed at during our European trip so far where the room was pleasantly pre-cooled. We parked on the street, which was not too hard to figure out the payment for. We ended up having a great night out on the town after resting in the room a bit. We headed out to explore the Old Town area, which were buzzing with excitement before a World Cup match. So fun!

The contact with the host was very good and she went out of her way to let us store our bags early. Very clean and spacious, beds were super comfy. Easy to get about town from the apartment.
