Well organized apartment with everything you need for cooking and washing. The shower is a religious experience! Brand new and very comfortable on a ped-only street. Restaurants below but noise not an issue. Only drawback is 35 stairs- not great for old knees. Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely perfect. Communication was the best I have experienced. The cleanliness was the best yet.

This is a very nice apartment. It has a really cosy atmosphere. It was also very clean. Modern bathroom and clean shower. Aircon is ok, but only in the living area. Good information booklet provided by the property company. Apartment location is superb for exploring Bologna. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, two immediately outside. My only negatives are, it can get a little noisy at night from the street below, which was hard to understand as the property is fully double-glazed. And the other thing was that there were no instructions on how to extended the sofa bed. But other than those two points, it’s excellent.

Location was great, communication was excellent, useful local info provided within flat. Very clean, nice layout with kitchen area useful. Bed was very comfortable. Also very good that there was an available drop off area on day of arrival and on day of departure
