Ideally located in the heart of Paris, 50 meters from Galeries Lafayette and 100 meters from the Palais Royal, this quintessentially Parisian duplex apartment features a terrace. Partial view of the Sacré-Cœur from the terrace, where you can enjoy a nice meal on summer evenings; located on a beautiful street, with one room under the eaves and one room facing a very quiet courtyard. Very centrally located apartment: Richelieu-Drouot metro station (lines 8 and 9), Quatre-Septembre (line 3), Notre-Dame de Lorette (line 12), and Chaussée d’Antin Lafayette (line 7), as well as RER Auber (line A). Near the Grévin Museum, the grand boulevards, and Rue des Martyrs, as well as the quintessentially Parisian market (a 5-minute walk), the Palais-Royal, and the Louvre Museum (15 minutes away)...

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful apartment! The location is perfect and even in the summer heat the nights were not too hot thanks to many available fans, and the terrace! Communication with Michael and his niece was truly excellent - thank you for all the tips for food and culture! With the terrace, the beautiful piano, all the music and books you can imagine yourself living in Paris while staying here :) Thank you, we hope to come back!

I had a wonderful time in Michaels appartement! It is very cozy, has a marvelous balcony and is espacially a great place to stay for music lovers. The 9th Arrondissement is beautiful and vivid, with rich history, nice shops and restaurants. I enjoyed a lot to dive in a bit of Parisean every day life. Michael was a very cordial and thoughtful host and provided me with many good ideas, where to go and what to see. I can recommend a stay there unreservedly!

Michael was a wonderful host. He provided great instructions and recommendations for near by places. The location is in the city center so it was easy to come and go via the metro. It had beautiful views from the patio and a calm neighborhood. I will definitely recommend this place.

The flat is very nice very "Parisian" and very well located to visit the city with walking distance or by metro. The flat has everything you may need for a short or long stay . The owner is very nice and available also to suggest new visiting itinerary and place . Reccomended
