The location, it is close to downtown, the parking included, you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot.

The damp smell as you enter the apartment, the damp smell of the linens and towels. The dryer was on when we arrived, but the bed linens and the towels were in the dryer until the next day. The lack of any soap/shower gel.

Good location in the city center, free parking paid by the host which is a good thing. The room was pretty big but just one room. The communication with the host was good.

When we arrived the drying machine was on and kept going until late when we returned back from the city. There is just one big room not a living one plus bedroom. The towels were old and had a strange smell so were the bed liners. Cleanest of the room is not a strong point.

We loved the location, the main points of interest were all in walking distance and there was free parking in the garage very close to the stay. The beds were also comfortable and the facilities were as described, induction stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, dryer, clothes iron etc. The apartment was spacious and there were clean bedsheets and towels.

When we came the dryer was on, and there was no hand soap in the apartment. Also there was a half eaten ice-cream in the freezer, and the kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was food in the cabinets but some of it was expired. Overall, I think it could have been cleaned more thoroughly and all soap bottles should have been filled ...
