Communication with the host was excellent from the minute we booked. Detailed entry instructions were very easy to follow. This spotless apartment is huge - much bigger than the photos indicate. It is also very sound proof with very efficient air conditioning and heating. The additional toilet (next to the laundry) was a real bonus. The location in Wien Mitte is brilliant. We wanted for nothing. Would highly recommend.
