Comfortable and spacious

The location was different from were i booked first, i booked expecting in one location but in the other they say that they have more than one location and the one i reserved was in a different area more far away from the center. Also no silver wears like fork, knife and spun. Coffee machine was broken but they brought a new one what it was good. And some of the pictures they have listed is not the same apartment probably another of their apartment but not the one I stayed. Other than that good, comfortable and in a safe area

We were five adults on a family trip - we really liked the location, the apartment was close to plenty of restaurants and coffees in Montmarte, bakery just across the street, there was a bus stop few stops from the entrance and a metro station about 8 mins walk. The apartment was okay, the kitchen had all necessary amenities, good pressure in the shower, there was a little standing airconditioning unit we could use. There are two bedrooms and a small kitchen connected with living room - the apartment is quite small, but we expected this from an older Paris building.

The biggest issue is the noise from the street - cars, motorbikes, people just below the window, it was very noisy the whole night. Nothing the host can do much about, the windows are parisian style, older and they don't block out the noise that much. Just beware that if you need quiet - bring earplugs or choose a different location. There were used towels left behind from some previous guests, which the cleaner probably did not notice and did not collect (we also had clean towels for us, so not a big issue).

The apartment was small but elegant and meet the needs of our group of 6 perfectly! It was easy to access and located in a wonderful location.

Not necessarily the fault of the host but there was a rare heat wave during our stay and there was only 1 working fan that we could find to help us cool off at night.

Localização, tem aquecedor e elevador apesar de muito pequeno, ajuda para levar malas. Chuveiro com água quente.

Lençóis cheiravam a suor, camas e almofadas não confortáveis, sofá-cama desconfortável. Tentei por algumas vezes ter comunicação com a gestão, sem resposta e sem sucesso da parte deles. Informaram que viriam com uma equipa da manutenção pelas 10h, questionei onde precisariam olhar para deixarmos as nossas coisas num compartimento separado e seguro e não termos que aguardar, não responderam, tivemos que aguardar até às 10h:35min porque simplesmente não poderíamos deixar as coisas na insegurança, porque as portas dos quartos não fecham.
