Stayed one night to visit Bingen during a rail trip. Excellent view of the river from our room and the hotel is in an excellent location for road rail and boat transport.

Walking distance from train station. It takes about 8 minutes with light bags. Walk on the right side over river, then use underpass tunnel- go left through tunnel
The tunnel was safe.
The hotel is near the Rhine River. Rooms were clean. No A/C, but fans are in the room as needed.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Did not eat breakfast. Fruit and water are provided in the lobby.

This was a great spot. We originally booked for one night it as we were taking a rhine cruise to Bingen from Boppard and then heading to another location. It was supposed to be a travel stop more than a destination. Sadly, our cruise was cancelled. There was not much to do in the area but the staff gave great recommendations and it was a little cute little town to walkabout and we had a very nice dinner riverside at the aptly named riverside restaurant. We took a short hike up to Klopp castle and it was really cool. This hotel was clean and comfortable and the coffee was great! They made a disappointing day into a nice little getaway. The river view from the room was amazing.
