We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Das Tigra. It's location was not too close to the zaniness of the tourist area, but not too far either. The room was clean and comfortable. We borrowed an outlet adapter from the front desk, which was helpful. The air conditioning was welcome after a hot day walking around the city. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it.

Cool to stay in the same location as Mozart. Breakfast was a bit pricey but very good. Short walk 15-20 minutes to the main tourist destinations.
