Old world charm, so lovely to have authentic furnishings. Housekeeper was lovely woman who always got us what we needed. I am claustrophobic and the Bell Desk helped me pick a great room.

Very nice hotel, good position being not far from the old city and very near to the main train station.
Old style but curated and enjoyable.
Breakfast was too salty, very Polish I would say, the sweet part was very limited. For this reason after the first day we preferred to have breakfast outside.
If I travel back to Krakow this will be my hotel again!

It is a beautiful, old (built in the late 1800s), perfectly restored and maintained hotel. The amenities are modern. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is within 5 min walk to the train station and to the big shopping center- Galeria. You are also within 10 min of pretty walk from the Old Town.
However, because of the location, rooms facing the Lubicz street will have some street car noise. It is not bad and the window shades help dampen in it. After the first night is stopped noticing it.
