The first night when I was trying to check in there was a mishap with Expedia. The girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive. That was on Saturday 6/20 at around 4:00 pm. The next day Melissa helped us at the front desk and she could not have been nicer or more helpful!

The staff were the best I have encountered at a hotel. Really friendly and welcoming.
The goodie bag on arrival was a nice touch.
