This was a great property to stay at in a neighborhood close to everything. I gave it 4 stars because the check in process is a bit confusing as the hotel asks to send ID information beforehand. I wasn’t comfortable with that but I was still able to go in and check in in person but at a property that is a “sister hotel” located in Venice. The check in person was very helpful in giving us tips to get around Venice and we were thankful for her, I’m glad that I waited to get there to check in because without her we may have been suffering walking around Venice with our heavy luggage and our toddler. It was a wonderful hotel and the room was great and very unique and also very clean.

The staff were so supportive and the breakfast was awesome and plentiful. The room was very presented in Venice style and very quaint. The hotel is in the perfect spot to get everywhere and more. Just a quick note that there is no reception for those who are looking for check in and out in person. There is no locked luggage storage but there is a place behind reception that was provided. Overall, we had a nice visit and all went well!

The property is perfectly position so walk all of Venice. The property is beautiful and has a lot of Venice charm. The ac is very weak but there is plenty of fans available. The morning breakfast in bed is prefect way to start your day. Would definitely stay again
