We were staying at this hotel during a very hot period in Padova. We had some issues with the A/C and power in our rooms, but they were addressed right away. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is well worth the 10 euro price a day. The location of the hotel is very good too.

We were issued one key card for 4 travelers, then the room required that a key card be inserted into a slot in order to keep the room powered on. The result was that we came back from dinner to a hot and humid room that tooks hours to cool back down. Great stay otherwise, but that one factor was enough to make it a fairly miserable evening. Hope the savings to BW+ was worth it.
