Opera Suites - Self Check-in

Clean room, AC, convenience location, complimentary water boxes and Nespresso coffee capsules. Room service daily. No front desk staff but check in procedure is ok. Elevator is tiny but does the job.

Perfect location for getting around.

The self check-in was great. The main entrance to the suites was a little obscure and hard to find in between the shops, we figured it out though. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. We thought the beds were very comfortable and we especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee near the wet bar. The bathroom sink had a slow drain, but it was fine for our one night stay. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

Our room overlooked the main thoroughfare to the Sacher cafe. It was a cool view. It did get a little loud at times but that’s to be expected. Cute little kitchenette built into a cabinet had everything you needed. The bed was comfy, with the high ceilings making the room feel even larger than it was. The bathroom clean and good size. Be prepared for a very small elevator. If you are bringing more than one bag you may not fit a second person.
