Property is great and amazing location. However one small upgrade the hotel can invest in is some new pillows.

Aparthotel Pergamin located in Krakow city centre (Poland) with a perfect location and is surrounded by restaurants and shops.
The room is air-conditioned and is very big with king-size bed and many spare space. Very high ceiling inside a top floor room. Overall cleanliness is a plus.
We hadn’t met any staff. Check-in, check-out are self service, but are easy with adequate instruction received from the hotel via email. When contacted, responses from hotel staff is fast and helpful.
One thing I don’t understand it. The hotel provides a coffee machine in the room together with instant coffee powder sachets. They seem mutually exclusive stuff!
