Loved having the laundry available during our 9-day stay. Very clean and the office personnel were very welcoming.

The property was clean comfortable and had exactly what we needed.

Nice room with enough room and good location in kufstein. Unfortunately the glassware in the room was dirty when we arrived and there was no dishwasher brush (probably related). Upon requesting a brush we were promised that it would be delivered to the room but this was never carried out even after a 2nd request.
Also no single cleaning of the room during a stay of 1 week even tough we used the "please clean the room sign".
