Good to reserve a room with kitchen so that it’s easier to wash fruits and cups. The entire room is clean, doesn’t have bad smell throughout the 4-night stay.
However the pillow is not very comfortable, and the little room for recycling items on G/F outside main entrance is smelly.

Sorry for the delay, but we were busy, as we had 2 bookings connected, to each other.
But the hotel MyStays is in a great area for our 12 night stay.
Very close to Higashi-Ickeburko, which was also close to Otsuka, that is great area.
Now the hotel, very clean and staff were excellent and will go back there again.
We have since moved to Tokyo Inn Fujisan Mishima-eki, and close to Atari.
These 2 places are great.
