We always stay at Sapphire Falls when we go to Orlando. Honestly our favorite place for the resort vibe. I will say that the sandwich / snack shop is very expensive at $8 per bottle of water. It’s just part of it being in the tourist Universal price hike region. But overall we absolutely love this place.

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful. However, like all Universal and Disney resorts in Orlando, the cost to eat is very high.

We ordered room service for breakfast on 3 occasions and the quality of the food was amazing! The staff at the hotel couldn’t be nicer!!!! We went to the bar in the lobby, Strong Water Tavern, and had Jill as our bartender. She was incredible! She made us one of a kind cocktails that were amazing! She was also helpful in directing us to where we could go to dine in the area. We are planning to return to Orlando next year for Halloween Horror Nights and we be booking here again!
