Private porches, high-quality seating, well-tended flower beds, lawns, and a private hill with a view invite you to enjoy, play, and relax. The large private outdoor pool, complete with a wooden deck, a beach umbrella, and lounge chairs, is located just a few steps from the main veranda, between a sunbathing lawn and the annex with its wellness area. This area houses the sauna, a shower and restroom, a small relaxation nook, and the popular table tennis table. The house itself is a historic building that once served as a workshop for lithographic stones in the immediate vicinity of the famous Solnhof quarries. It was extensively renovated for you in early 2000 and lovingly furnished with plenty of wood and Solnhofen stone slabs. The rooms are simply but tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. The spacious living room, featuring a large dining table that seats up to 16 people and a sofa area, has a tiled stove and cozy underfloor heating.
