Excellent location. right in the center of the promenade area. it was the only place that I could see that actually had a private balcony and actually didn’t notice any other property, including the hotels that had a balcony. It was a great place to watch the marine traffic go by, and the people will go by down way down below you

there was actually nothing that came to mind about the property with the small exception of the fact that you have to go up four flights of stairs, but it was a small price to pay for the excellent view from our room

Perfect location in the pedestrian area of the Riva, comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Very close to numerous good restaurants and the major tourist sites. (Good advice in the welcome notes on where to eat.). Pleasant breakfast at a nearby restaurant on the Riva, included with the booking. The staff dealt with our bags on both arrival and departure and took us to the ferry terminal on our departure.

(Up a steep staircase, which could be a problem for people with mobility issues, though it was fine for us; great view across the harbour from the studio.)

Amazing views from the windows as well as the private massive terrace. Right on the Promenade so perfect to come back to at multiple times during the day to freshen up, escape the heat or the tourists. Large bed. Bath as well as shower. Very spacious apartment.

A hot plate to cook would have made this 100 percent perfect
