The 75 m² holiday apartment on the first floor offers plenty of space for up to four people and convinces with its beach-near location, bright rooms and partially available sea view. The sandy beach is about 300 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes' walk away, so you can design your holiday days flexibly.



The apartment features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, TV, dining table, and air conditioning. The kitchen provides everything you need for self-catering: electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as cooking and dining utensils.



Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes, and bedside tables, offering comfortable retreat options. The accommodation has two bathrooms – one with a shower and washing machine, the second with a toilet and sink – which is particularly convenient for families or two couples.



The covered balcony is accessible from several rooms and offers partial sea view. A table, chairs and a parasol are available here - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors.
