Appartamento in ordine, abbastanza vicino al lungomare, decoroso e pulito. Il gestore è una persona molto disponibile e gentile

Non c'è nulla di negativo. Segnalo solamente che l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore

thanks a lot Federico. We were delayed, Federico waited for us. Great apartment, I felt at home. I liked the location, because it is far from noisy streets, and there was a grove nearby, birds sang in the morning. It's great. The kitchen had everything for cooking. It was a pleasant surprise to find children's board games for my son. I absolutely loved everything. I recommend.

The flat was spotless clean and lovely decorated. Had everything what needed for one week stay (kitchen facilities, washing machine, towels etc.). Location is great, close to town centre, supermarket and seaside but still in quiet neighbourhood. We recommend to everybody!

There was no kettle but we used small pot to boil water and it was ok :)

Federico and Nicola were great hosts. The apartment was very clean and up to our expectations. The location couldn’t be better for the purpose of our trip... visit Portofino, Cinque Terre, Genova... by car, of course!
