Location, space and staff. Location is very close to Seminyak main shopping street. Maybe a 20-25min walk to the beach and close to the freeway to head to Canggu. Close to lots of really good cafes / restaurants too. Staff are lovely and actually are onsite from 8-3pm daily which I wasn’t aware of but resulted in the Villa remaining tidy. They were also very helpful as well as management who organised scooters for us.

Property is a bit tired and could use some upgrades. It’s not as flash as the pictures depict.

The property is stunning! Very clean

Nothing

The property was very spacious and clean. The pool was nice. The onsite staff were very warm. My entire stay was very positive and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was very nice.

The only downside was the responsiveness of villa management. The responses we felt were bit delayed causing a bit of confusion. They were very inflexible in timeline for our request on in-villa dining. We were in a holiday and planning dinner 3 days in advance and payment worked against our relaxed vibe. Again this would work really well for organised people, we are spontaneous and villa management could not respond to our spontaneous nature.

villa is clean and properly maintained, kids love the pool, housekeeper and staff was attentive, great location, lovely facilities, overall a wonderful place to relax with family and friends. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back.

wish we have stayed longer
