Great apartment, 15 mins walk from the arena and the shops, and 15 mins from the train station at Porta Nouva.The check in was easy; Ferruccio met us there and showed us the entry and exit procedures, and the features of the apartment.The apartment was very clean and simply decorated, all the rooms were a good size, and the balcony was a nice addition.The air conditioning was a must in the summer Verona temperatures.The apartment had a nice kitchen where you could cook a full meal if you wanted.This was a great place to use as a base to explore the city, and beyond. We used the train to visit Lake Garda.Things to note: the apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift, so don’t let that put you off. The area around the apartment felt very safe and we had no worries walking around after dark. Ferruccio will recommend some restaurants, they were good.Overall a great place to stay, recommend!!!

Not enough coffee there for the 4 of us. Place was clean and comfortable

Everything was correct. However, we think the equipment/facilities could be improved. Very close to everything and easily accessible on foot. The showers could be improved, as well as the water pressure/amount of water.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious- we loved the location- big complaint is the noise/- one couple had to end up sleeping on the couches- neighbors “come alive” between 11-1:30am- laughing moving furniture- horrible noise. 2nd bedroom is nice- you just can’t sleep there unless you are totally deaf. Our host was wonderful.
