The room was beautiful - the paintings on the wall especially

There was a bad smell - like drains Bad communication - I messaged on booking. com and got no response so then I sent an email weeks before arriving and also got no response. I had to reach out myself on whatsapp to get the details for checking in when we arrived - they were shared at the last minute which was not very professional. Should have been sent in advance rather than me having to reach out
