Comfortably holds 5 people, the futons are more comfy than I expected, near some great ramen and pizza places, and about as close to a station as you can get with lots of connections through the Ginza line. Much cheaper than a lot of places in Tokyo that hold around 5 people, so while it has issues, I can’t deny it’s good value for your money.

The place seems a bit understaffed, as I saw a group of people waiting for hours to check out all the while at the same time, my group’s key cards stopped working and needed to be replaced. There wasn’t any urgency to go back to the room, but it’s just not a good look regardless especially for the people needing to check out. Would be an 8 if not for this experience. Another thing is to me the lobby feels more like a dentist office as opposed to a typical hotel lobby, but that might not be an issue for most people. Lastly the dryer in the room just doesn’t work. There’s a coin laundry in walking distance but it’s just a pain when it would be nice if the dryer they offered just worked

二人はキングベットだったが残り二人は和室の敷布団で残念だった。4人ともベッドでなかったのが期待外れ。
