Central location.
The room was classic corporate 5 star
Options of where to eat and drink, lots of staff who are happy to help.
There was no milk in the room which would have been nice, otherwise b good.

Attentive staff, great location( near train station), comfortable room, and great breakfast buffet.
Would have liked a little more drawer space.

Just superb, except for the breakfast. We also really appreciated being able to get the keys before the official check-in time at no extra charge. In many Japanese hotels, even if the room is already ready, you usually won’t be given the keys before check-in time because of the very strict adherence to rules and procedures.
Breakfast could be a bit longer. Coffee is disgusting. 🙈
