Appartement bien placé.

La télé (dommage pour la coupe du monde) et le wifi (idem) ne fonctionnent pas. Le couchage du canapé est très lnconfortable. Les draps sentent la cigarette. La chasse-d'eau ne marche pas.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The apartment is quite big and has a big terrace as well. Towels, soap and even powder for laundry are provided. There's an AC. Also loved the presence of a washing machine and a drying rack.It's close to the beach, close to portonovi and multiple idea supermarkets. Bus stop to Kamenari/Herceg Novi is 10min walking. All in all I really loved it and I do think it looks better in real life than on photo. It is more modern than it looks. Also the view is amazing

Most of these are just small things that can be improved easily - wifi didn't work very well, luckily I had a local sim I used most of the time - maybe some more things can be provided in the kitchen like smaller cutting knives and some oil for cooking - the mattress and pillows were a bit hard for my liking, but that's personal - you have to pay tourist tax, but I never got any paper slip/proof of registration. Normally the host is responsible for this, especially if paid to them (was included in the booking price) but when I asked the son about it (he speaks English best of them all), he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. so I hope they don't ask me for this at the airport. - just a tip for the hosts: check-in and check-out hours overlap. I arrived at 10 but the people there before me still had to check-out so I had to wait for a bit. So perhaps it's better to change check-in to 11. - could be quite noisy- dogs barking, construction works, kids banging and shouting at night. The latter happened two nights in a row and the second night I did ask if they could keep it down and they responded very fast and it was indeed quiet afterwards. But just as a tip: I didn't care much about the noise during the day, but I do feel like at night it should be quiet as to not disturb guests sleeping. - I think it's better to get rid of the carpet in the kitchen as there was a lot of dirt on it and underneath it, that I couldn't get rid of with the broom.

The property is in a great location with a beautiful Kotor Bay view and many restaurants nearby.

our experience had a few issues. The host had not paid the mandatory tourist tax before our checkout, even though it is the host’s responsibility. We had to travel back from kotor to stay after checking out after realising that tax is not paid, which was inconvenient. The kitchen stove was not available for use despite being listed as an amenity, and the air conditioning is only in the living room, not the bedroom.
