Great, central location close to train stations, but also private away from any busy streets.

Units aren’t quite as bright and clean as photos suggest but overall for the price and size still a great value. Also, of note there are mostly no amenities if that were important to you.

The building is in a good location: quiet but close to metro stations and Ueno (and not too far from Asakusa). The apartment was clean, well-sized, the shower was good, and there is a lift. We had an issue with noise in the apartment overnight and so dropped a message to the company in the morning - their response was prompt.

The bed frames were very creaky so we ended up taking the mattresses off these and slept on the floor (the mattresses are thin and sectional, but we slept okay on them). We had some noise issues, which we think were to do with the mechanical vent systems. Even with the vent open and bathroom fans off, as directed, there was still noise overnight, which we could not figure out.

Location was pretty good, not far from the train station and not noisy.

Everything was good , the beds are Japanese style so they were lower but very comfy.

The slippers were old and smelly . The toilet was also smelly. The bed and sofa were too big for the space and make it difficult to move around. The space is very small.
