Super easy check-in process - I was able to contact the hosts on booking and via the number they kindly shared. Met at the property by the lovely hosts who showed us around and explained how everything works, along with giving us plenty of tips for the local area both in terms of skiing but also where to eat and drink. A special mention too for kindly providing us with a bottle of their excellent homemade rakija!

The host was lovely and gave a warm welcome, found us a place to park and even helped with our luggage, it was really a lovely first impression. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, warm and modern, with a good working hot shower, nice kitchen and a cosy sofa area. The three of us were very comfortable here. The location is great, close to a market, an amazing local restaurant and the best ski lift which remained open when it was too windy for other lifts to operate. Also suggestion of a bakery but we didn't find it.

We had extreme weather.. lots of snow and very windy, as expected in a mountain resort really. But the building wasn't designed for it, the wind through the roof was noisy (cables banging) while a metal roof and rain or snow melt do not mix. The walls were paper thin, so odd pipe vibrations could be heard, even the voices from next door through the bathroom vent! The stone stairs of the building are slippy when wet. It's like they didn't imagine the area would experience winter conditions. A good shower, yes, a good location, yes, a good night's sleep, unfortunately not. Not much floor space, hardly any floor space, if fully occupied (six bed spaces) it would be a really tight fit. No space for luggage, although good wardrobe space if you perhaps only have carry on suitcases. Hardly space to swing a cat, you had to pirouette to close the door in the bedroom. Finally the stairs, they look artistic in the photos, but they are extremely tight, almost dangerous, not suitable for elderly or for young children. Also, how charming the host was, they went into a meltdown after check-out ... I would therefore avoid this apartment and we won't be back.
