Lage und Ausstattung

The apartment is inside a hotel. It is right at the center close to the lake, close to all the bars and restaurants.

The place smells of smoking, this is very Serbian. The apartment in not as new as ik the photos, there are a lot of things that need better care. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Every evening at 20:00 there is a show of lights at the lake with very loud music that lasts for two hours, and then parties and music from the nearby pubs. What makes this a Greta location is also what makes it the worst. Cannot open a windows and let the breeze in at night because of the very loud music. Even closing the windows sometimes was too loud. You are inside the hotel but cannot use the hotel facilities as you are not a guest. The shower keeps clogging because it is a bad mechanism (not a maintenance issue, but a design issue) and the shower head was broken out of wall. Some wallpapers are falling apart. It needs some love and care, which will maybe never happen. It is not a bad place at all, but with our little kids at this time of year it was just too loud and the smell of cigarettes inside the apartment was too much.

Die Lage ist Top alles schön zentral und man braucht sein Auto nicht mehr in der Zeit Das Apartment ist modern und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Dame Dragana die die Schlüsselübergabe macht ist immer erreichbar und super freundlich, sowie Hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Schuhe in der Wohnung vergessen. Dragana hat uns die mit der Post nach Hause geschickt!! Toller Service.

Parken im Hotel ist sehr teuer. Leider hatten wir aus der Spüle in der Küche einen schlechten Geruch aus den Abwasserrohren wahrgenommen. Wir haben die Gastgeberin diesbezüglich kontaktiert aber leider keine Antwort erhalten :-( Hier und da löst sich die Tapete manchen Stellen. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist bis spät in den Abend Live Musik zu hören. Das kann für manche Gäste als Störend empfunden werden. Uns hat es nicht gestört ;-)
