First the location, walking distance to Eiffel tower or Hotel des Invalides. Otherwise train or bus stations nearby to reach other attractions. Bedroom ok, bed comfy enough. Kitchen space very small but has the necessaries. Toiletries and towels were provided.

TV internet box needs to be taken out from power overnight as it does a lot of background noise even with TV off. One of the window shutter is broken and cannot be open, so the window view to the road is obstructed. Bathroom is tiny and outdated, it does not even had a towel hinge and a place to put your toiletries except the sink. Door to the outdoor terrasse quite wobbly. Nearby parking cost 30euro/day.
