2 1/2-room flat on the 2nd floor, 81 m2. Balcony, east facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200), alcove with two single beds, double room with double bed and separate shower, bath/WC/lavabo, separate guest toilet. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.
Facility:
The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.
The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.
All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

What a wonderful place to stay - very central to the valley and public transport, very quiet and calm, the village has restaurants and a nice grocery store, and the hotel owners are very friendly and kind.

Die Lage direkt beim Gratis Skibus nach Corvatsch (alle 20 Minuten, ausser Mittagspause) ist top. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und Stühle/Geschirr/Besteck etc. in grosszügiger Anzahl. Geheizter Skischuhraum ist angenehm. Brötchenservice top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war schon als kleines Kind dort mit meinen Eltern und hatte sehr schöne Erinnerungen an dem Ort und diese wurden jetzt als ich mit meinen Kindern dort war nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe aber unterschätzt das man wirklich alles mitbringen muss. Sogar Salz und Pfeffer:-) wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
