2-room flat on the 4th floor, 75 m2. East facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Room with two single beds, bath/WC/lavabo. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.
The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.
