The vacation home offers you every comfort across two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with plenty of storage space for jackets and shoes, a small bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as a living/dining area with a pull-out sleeper sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV, a Bluetooth soundbar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is one large bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, as well as three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a spacious closet. Bedroom 1 is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out is from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. Two portable cribs and a high chair are available. Prices include a visitor’s tax of 2.60 EUR per day per person aged 15 and older.
