レビュー

6 / 10

Just ok, not exciting

Location is great, fairly spacious and clean.

Communication with owner was not smooth. Flat is old and despite fully renovated it feels not cozy. The distribution is awkward.

5 / 10

The apartments are too expensive. We are disappointed.

The apartments are located in the historic center of the city, which is very convenient. There are few buildings nearby, so it was quiet at night. The beds are comfortable, and there is hot water. There is also a kettle, coffee maker, and various dishes.

Despite the freezing weather, the heating in the apartment was turned off. We couldn't warm up for a long time. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, nor were there any cups for coffee or tea. There were only wine glasses.

4 / 10

The location is good and just on the edge of the old city, but the property was a disappointment.

Location (thought it was on a quite noisy road with many cars passing buy to and from a parking opposite the apartment). Comfort of mattresses. Shower stream was good as well.

The apartment was not very clean, with many traces of previous gusts that were left behind, with bed sheets that seemed to have some remains of something, and with a cabinet full of random products that were left there. Nothing really helpful for anything. The layout of the apartment is weirdly designed and very uncomfortable, with the two rooms connected to each other, who are then connected to the bathroom. This gives no privacy at all for the second room with the bunk bed. Moreover, the door of the shower is not insulated whatsoever, with a big transparent window in it, and the doors between the two rooms are also not insulated at all - again, with a window. You can hear everything from the other room and from the bathroom/toilet, which is - to say the list - not very pleasant. The apartment is poorly maintained, with one broken cabinet, with a shower curtain that was so filthy that we had to buy detergent and wash it before we could use it (no detergent was provided). The sofas in the living room are the most uncomfortable sofas I ever came across, without even an hand rail. In general, the place looks and feels poor and gives no value for what we were charged.

8 / 10

Comfortable stay in good location.

Good location, comfortable and easy. Great having lamps. Comfortable bed.

Reading previous reviews I thought the comments about the coffee cups were funny. But it is true, they are tiny. A few minor investments would make this place 100% better - soap for bathroom, plug for kitchen sink, bigger cups/mug, more tea towels!

Posizione

Non pulitissima ma accettabile
